"Israeli" fighter planes bombed several locations in northern Gaza, just days after the Zionist apartheid regime massacres over 60 people there.

The early Thursday attacks targeted different locations spread out through the Palestinian town of Beit Lahia.

Meanwhile, Gaza's Health Ministry reported at least one injury.

Following the aggression, the Zionist occupation military claimed that it had targeted positions belong to the Palestinian Hamas resistance movement in response to what it claimed to be "heavy machine gun fire."

A couple of days earlier, the "Israeli" occupation troops martyred at least 62 Palestinians during protests near the Gaza fence on the eve of the 70th anniversary of the Nakba Day [Catastrophe], which coincided this year with the relocation of the US embassy from Tel Aviv to the occupied holy city of al-Quds.

It is frequent that the occupation's military bombs the Gaza Strip, with civilians being its main target.

The Gaza Strip has been blockaded by the occupation's regime since June 2007. The blockade caused a decline in the standards of living as well as unprecedented levels of unemployment and unrelenting poverty.

Under such conditions, about 1.8 million people in Gaza are denied their basic rights, such as freedom of movement, jobs with proper wages as well as adequate healthcare and education.
